My 85 Z31 didn't have a spare in it when I bought it, but I was able to find one one at a local yard. The one I found was inflated , and I can't seem to get enough air out of it to get it to fit back into the well. I am confident that I have the correct wheel, (it has the right sticker and has the two filler valves), and I am assuming I have the correct tire, ("Prime Well" brand 185/70R14 88T)

So, What is the deal with the two filler valves, and how do I get enough air out of it to get it to fit into the spare tire well. Thanks.

Yea, I thought about a vacuum pump but I don't have one.

Did you remove the schrader valve from the valve stem? They came with a cap that doubled as a schrader valve removal tool. With the schrader valve out the tire should compress, if not I guess the tire is bad, I've only filled a couple but they always went down with the schrader removed.
