I have a deep scratch in my bumper. It's about an inch long by about 1/16 of an inch thick. The scratch is black so I'm guessing that I managed to get it down to the bumper plastic. What's the best way to get this fixed?

Where is it?

Is it in the bottom part, just get a new Stillen Lip and cover that gash out!

It's a little too high for the Stillen lip. Already thought about that.

How do I know if I need primer? The scratch is black so I don't know if it's through the base coat or not.
