i just need one by the end of February, but ASAP would be nice.

idk what happened, but i used two new bolts from home depot that are the same thing and what not, but the head of the bolt is thinner causing the threads to go deeper. i torqued all bolts to the same torque, but idk if the new bolts caused this or if it was just a weak camshaft..but im going to the Dealership and getting the right s*** just because..

I've got HKS cams that will go in my motor, so I could sell you my cams that are in there now, but IDK if I'll be ready before the end of Feb.

any thought of the cause? im thinking the "new bolts" i used were to blame..

It just happens. I have a broken Tomei intake cam that's broken like that. It's a 270* with an 8.8mm lift of the procam type and it snapped for no apparent reason. Oh well, coil bind is usually the culprit, but the CA rarely experiences coil bind.

coil bind as in the valve springs not compressing? im hoping that the second camshaft doesn't do the same thing. I got new stock bolts instead of using the Home Depot replacements..
