Hey all,

I lost all the contact information to log into nicoclub, and thought to ask everyone here for their valued opinions.

I'm considering trading in my Altima (100k miles now, fully loaded). The dealer is offering $7k. I guess I'm either too attached to it or think the trading up isn't wise. I'm looking to getting a 2011 G37x. I would like the AWD and well the bluetooth and always liked the G37x models.

Any suggestions and advice?

Thanks. :)

What does KBB/NADA/Edmunds indicate your car's trade in value is? If you cannot reach an agreement with the trade in value. Then consider selling your car privately first.

Thanks for the response.

KBB is listing it as 5500 to 6500. I suppose with the Altima Coupe line being discontinued and the 3.5 being more rare, I was wondering the potential of selling a 3.5 privately at a higher rate.

$7k USD seems fair for the amount of miles. Can't imagine the dealer selling it for much more than that.
I payed right around $10k USD for mine, and it's got exactly half as many miles.

Try selling privately first, you've got nothing to lose, only to gain.
If you get a bunch of low-ballers then hand it over to the dealer!
