Decent Product and Price?

Is this a decent product and price? I'm in the market for a welder and torch, as I have some projects coming up. Let me know your opinions.

All it is an oxy acetylene torch kit you are still going to have to get oxygen and acetylene tanks and get them filled and even then it is going to be almost hopeless to make any structurally sound welds and they are going to be ugly. It also takes a long time to cut metal using an oxy- acetylene torch and causes a lot of heat distortion unless you are extremely careful. If you need to weld you can get a cheap mig welder or if your really strapped for cash you could get an arc welder. for cutting you could cheap out with a sawzall with a metal blade and a cheap angel grinder.

Thanks for the info. I was already planning on getting a welder, and I have grinders already, just would need a sawzall.
