Deceleration Parameter is not functional

when i try to configure my dec air, my thr value cannot be changed. Other aspect of the safc is working fine, thr is reading fine in monitor mood, 100% when floor it.

What is it that cause the problem?

umm--you may not have the correct 5 in/5 out selected--but i dont know. I havent tried to fool with my afc dec air settings. I did once actually, but mine would allow for adjustment..try calling apex?
