Heres the issue. Buddy had a set of 740cc injectors that we purchased from a good friend who bought them from your company but never installed them due to Family issues and had to sell his car.

Injectors set in the original packaging until this year when we installed them into his Notch Top SR. The injectors work fine with no issues but here is the confusion. The box the injectors shipped in said 740cc which is what we thought was purchased. I installed the injectors and set the Power FC to handle 740s but the car was running way to lean.
I then figured Ill try setting it to 550cc sizing and it runs a little rich at idle but not much.

I then went and checked the paperwork in the box and it says 740 but the way the injectors are acting they are 550cc or something in-between.

I'd contact them directly.

Don't count on too much help, because there's 10 different opportunities for a mix-up in that deal! ;)

I plan on it just noticed they are on here sometimes and figured I throw it on here hoping one of them might be online.

I can assure you I know the original buyer very well since he lives with me lol. Ive been his tuner for 4 years and we have all the paper work and the injectors that came in the box if they have any questions.

This is why I paid the $30 to have my injectors flow tested by JWT... ;)

Im not bad mouthing them. Ive bought many sets from them for different cars with great results. Just seems like a packing error.

You said the paper work in the box, is that the flow report? Should have what each injector flowed corresponding to a number etched on the connector.

That would be the easiest way to tell. If you don't have that report, you could send them in for our Forum Special service, and we'll be able to flow test them for you during the process.

Yes we have the flow charts that came in the box. They are def 550cc injectors but they were supposed to be 740cc atleast thats what the invoice and flow charts say they should be. Part number also shows they are supposed 740. I have paper work from my friends 550s he just installed and they say 550 in the part number and work as they should.

Now that's customer service.
He could have told you to buzz-off since they aren't new or been through several sets of hands.
+1 for DeatschWerks trying to help out.
