I just got my new 550cc injectors from Deatschwerks, along with my new injector flow report. The report is indicating an average static flow rate at 541 cc/min.

My Enthalpy tune is for 560cc injectors, because that was the average flow rate of my last set of Deatschwerks injectors.

Is it odd that the average flow rate would be below 550cc's?

Also I have an FPR, and I was wondering if anybody knows what fuel pressure I should be at to compensate for the discrepancy between the injectors and the tune.

Thanks

theyre sold as 555s, and mine averaged 560. two of them were even at 562. weird how yours are so low from being 555s. why dont you call them and let them know your situation or have you already installed them? cant help ya on your question, but id bump it up just a few psi and see how it runs from there. shouldnt need to add that much in psi.

No, it's not weird. In fact, compared to OEM or OEM replacement, that is pretty close. But yes, you certainly should use your FPR to correct, that is what it is for.

i also had the same issue with their injectors. i think they avg about 465 instead of 480. the adjustable fpr will deal with it but if ur really concerned, email enthalpy and see whats up. i know that when u send in the info to get the ecu tuned for, he does ask for what brand of injectors ur using..............

i have read positive reports of stagering the injectors highest flow to lowest flow from the throttle body back to decrease the chance of having a lean first or second cylinder due to the intake manifold feeding those more air.
