Dealership recommended additional maintenance?

I recently purchased a '06 350Z with 95,000 miles on it. I took it to a Nissan service center for an oil and transmission fluid change. They did a multi-point inspection and it got passing marks across the board, but they want to change the spark plugs and "Service Throttle Chamber using BG products and equipment, lube blade pivots, and reset base idle." They also want to "Clean fuel injection system using BG products and specialized equipment." I want the plugs changed but do these other 2 services sound necessary?
