For those of you who want a factory spoiler, better get it from the factory when you buy the car b/c they currently do not offer it through the parts department. If anyone knows different, please let me know. Ive contacted Tustin & Mission Viejo Infiniti and both say the same. The aftermarket ones do not have the tail light, which I want.

I can confirm your statement is true. I bought my car in October '07 and the dealer had all the options i wanted except for a spoiler. They agreed to install the spoiler for me when it was available and I have been waiting ever since. Back in January, the dealer offered me an alternative unbranded spoiler and I gave that a shot, but after they installed it I had them remove it because it was poor quality.

I don't want to link to this, but you can find it by googling "OEM G37 Spoiler" One comes with a CF trunk and spoiler. I didn't like the look though.

http://www.spoilerdepot.com does one for the sedan, they are waiting for someone to lend them a G37 to get a mock up done. The G37 has 4 different spoilers!

How heavy is it , and do you need to change the springs for the trunk lid so the electric opener will still work?

The aftermarket spoiler is made of plastic and is hollow, so it isn't that heavy. When I had it installed on my G, I went to the parts department and looked at it prior to them mounting it. The trunk release pops the trunk open a crack and then you have to lift it. The springs hold the trunk lid up fine.
