The Canadian experience might be a bit different but ... I faxed Infiniti Canada and asked them if they could help me obtain any service records. They were able to see only warranty work but could confirm that my '94 had been in some 23 times over a 7-year period.
Mind you, they could not give me any details. For that information, I would have to contact the dealer that provided the service (and they were able to tell me which dealer). This promising story came to an end when I contacted the dealer ... only to find out that they had purged all of their older records.
