dealer raping?

my sis in law is trying to get a coupe under my recommendation ....the dealer tagged her with a 150$ plate transfer fee...shes is moving the plates from the old car to the new....my thought is that this seems excessive ...is it?the plates are NY plates....

the god damned dealers are a f**kin joke! I hate them... I'mma completely ******* when I go there, SH(&* I HATE THEM. they shouldn't charge a dirty penny for plates transfers... the DMV doesn't even rape you like that. I have 4 friends that work at a dealer and they all tell me how much they take advantage of their customers. My own cousin sold a lady 4 tires when she came in for a free oil change... I know its impossible to go in without expectin to be lubed up and taken for a ride but fu&&k.

OH SHE DIDNT PICK IT UP YET...IM PLANNING TO GO DOWN WITH HER AND SAY...HERE'S THE CHECK....CUT THE TRANSFER FEE IN HALF OR NO DEAL...EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO MAKE MONEY....THE ACTUAL FEE IF I WERE TO DO IT MYSELF I FOUND OUT WAS 57.75.....WHY ARE THEY TAGGING 92.25 ON IT?...OK SOMEONE HAS TO GO DOWN TO DMV TO DO THE PAPERWORK....BUT ARENT THEY GOING DOWN FOR OTHER CARS?...LET SAY THEY DO 10 CAR A TIME?....THAT'S ALMOST $1000 BUCKS FOR JUST GOIN TO DMV !!!THE MORE I THINK ABOUT IT THE MADDER I GET...YET WHEN YOUR CAR GOES INTO SERVICE FOR ISSUES...THEY COMPENSATE YOU FOR YOUR TIME....0$TIME IS MONEY UNLESS ITS YOUR TIME!
