hi all,I took my kouki to the dealer today for an oil change, and they mentioned a couple of costly issues that will need my attention. They told me of a oil leak in the oil pan/crank seal. They want $650 for that service,WTF They also wanted $169 for changing out the drive belts,HUH??Do you guys feel that it can be done at home?I don't have a chilton's manual, but I will get one soon,I have experience with mustang svo's but not nissans. Are these jobs better left to the dealer?I think $800 can be spent better on other things. Thanks for the help, guys!!carlos p.

Dealers are always asking for an arm and a leg.

Take it to an independent place or do it yourself.

Don't use a Chiltons, just get a FSM. There's one online.
