Dealer and Infiniti Canada

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi just have a question for you guys

1 If my car still has manufacture warranty (not extended warranty with dealer or third company ) and If i bring my car to a dealer for repair so who will pay for the parts and labour fee? The dealer or Infiniti Canada?

2 So i check the maintenance schedule for ex35. it never asks you to change your transmission fluid and just do a visual check everytime so when do I need to change my transmission fluid? It also says that you need to change engine oil and filter every 6 months but I heard infiniti use synthetic oil so it lasts at least 1 year or 10,000km ?

Thanks

1.The dealer does the work and then submits the bill to Infiniti Canada. They have standard/set rates for labor and jobs. They don't pay AS well as a regular person just going into the dealership getting work done outside of warranty, so sometimes they don't like doing the work if the shop is already busy. Tough for them though.

2. You should probably change your fluid no later than 100,000km.
Engine oil, you should follow whatever is in the manual.
