DEAL ON TWO eX 35s ... HELP!! Are we getting a great deal or not?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

My brother and I are buying 2 EXs with :

Prem.Lux StyleWoodRoof rails and Cross BarsSplash GuardsRear cargo protectorAll weather mats

Trading in 2 2001 QX4's w @50,000 miles each (only used in winter) Dealer giving us 10K for each car.

Here's the deal for EACH car (MSRP for each is 42,225):

Price of car 32,853Dealer Conveyance 199Sales Tax 1,383Registration & title fees 100TOTAL Delivery Price 34535Less Trade -10,000Free Oil changes for life of car 0FINAL PRICE w/TRADE 24,535

Is this a good deal? Many people are getting this kind of deal on a one-car purchase. On the other hand, the dealer is giving us a very nice 10,000 figure for each trade. So maybe that's why they are not going any lower on the new car price.

Also, Dealer Conveyance fee and Registraion and Title fees seem like the same thing to me.

Is this a good deal? If not what do you think we should ask for specifically for price? Thanks.

We signed paperwork and they asked me for a check and I gave it to them. I told them I'd be sellling stock at rock-bottom prices to pay for this so they are giving me time to come up with the money. So, thery have the check, but there's not enough in the account to cover (and they know this). They called this week asking if they can cash it? It may be too late to change the terms, but what does everybody think?

Appreciate your imput. Thanks in advance.

Dude,

Sorry to hear this. I think that this is a bad deal. I was offered two EX's fully loaded for $62,000 out the door. With no trade in. I was putting down $30K cash. I knd of feel bad for you, since it was not fully loaded. right? (No NAV, No Tech pkg)

Fully loaded I was offered $33,000 each. Since, you signed the paperwork, it is too late. The MSRP on my car was $44,894 each.
