dead pedal help

Ok I've recently decided to put my desktop computer out of commission cause it wants to be an ayswhole, so i am posting this from my cell phone...i can't have access to most sites cause they end up looking retarded and non viewable, anywhoo, i just got the dead pedal for my Z and was wondering on how to install it, apologies for such a noobish question but this is the last resort considering im only on my cellphone, wikki-tech dosen't work properly.
