Dead Cylinder need help!

So the Z has a missfire. I've changed all the plugs and checked the coil packs. I found the dead cylinder, swaped the two coil packs and it's still dead. I ran the ecu diagonstic and it flashed code 13 (engine coolant temp. sensor circuit). Any ideas before i take everything appart?

the PTU is the likely culprit
