Dead bug in the M35 gauge cluster.

My buddy just picked up a 2006 M35 from Infiniti dealer.

After driving it for a while, he noticed that there's a dead bug in his speedometer.

He freaked out because he's worried that the Odometer might have been replaced, which mean possibly he got scammed on the mile?

I guess he's over it but then he wants to, at least, take that bug out.

Is it still covered in the factory warranty?

It would have to have warranty since it is a Infiniti Certified car.

I might call the Infiniti regional office too.

He found out that it is not covered in the warranty. however they are going to fix it for him for free by writing up for a foggy glass which is covered in warranty.

So he's happy.
