Trunk light was not turning off. Seems that the trunk lock doesn't know anymore that the light is on or off. Needs new trunk lock. Which at this time I have decided not to fix. Light has been disconnected. Thanks for the people that send notes and helpfull advice.

time to start checking your wires for shorts, sounds like something is draining power while you have the car turned off. thats all i know, good luck with that.

now does your car sit for the three days or more? or are you driving it everyday? could be a bad alternator. just because it was replaced 6 years ago doesn't mean anything it could be bad.

my car was sitting for a year and i disconnected the battery after a month or so, just hooked it all backup last night and i still had enough juice to power on everything. didnt try to turn it over but everything else seemed fine.

buy costco/kirkland -they have a great return policy with basically no questions asked. battery dies, take it back. multiple jump-starts will damage a batteries charge capapbilities, so please beware.
