Dead battery or............

Tried starting my 240 for the first time since the swap and the starter just clicks once when I turn the key and clicks off when I turn it back. Also the headlights are partially up (like sleepy eyes) and keep clicking on and off but they worked before. I've never heard a starter click once. I always thought they would click several times if there's a dead battery. Also my fuel pump turns on and makes a weird noise before it shuts off. I double checked my connections and grounds they seem to be in place along with the starter. Oh and I charged the battery before this plus it was a tank.

Don't bash me too hard this is the first project I've done almost entirely by myself plus I'm new to the world of 240s. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Did you attempt to jump it or hook a battery charger up to it?

Wouldn't start with the charger but it did when it was jumped turned out to be the ground for the battery being loose haha still no lights though...
