DE oil squirters

So while I was trying to get my seized rod caps off my crank, pistons 2 and 3 hit and broke the oil squirters. Not a problem I thought because I have a spare block to get some from. Well when I went to pull them I realized that I have no clue how the f*** they come out. Checked the fsm and searched and came up with nothing. So I come to you guys for some guidance. Thanks guys!

Either a 10mm or 12mm 12 point socket. Can't remember which one.
