Alright guys.My problem normally feels like a injector is getting clogged when driving or it feels like a spark plug wire is arcing. It normmally happens about two times a week just for a couple seconds like when I am cruising down the highway at about 3k and let off the gas just a hair or get on it just a hair it will sputter for just a second and then get on it.It feels just like a fuel injector clogging.Well the other day in the dq drive thru I was waiting in line car just running fine it always has a nice smooth idle and then out of the blue it starts studdering and putting running off 2 or 3 cylinders and dies.So i push it aside and it doesn't want to start and finnaly it starts but it doesn't want to stay running I have to keep the revs up to keep it running. So I get it to my house which is 1 minute away. When I was in the drivethru it felt like it was running great and then someone just grabbed the distributor and twisted it all the way .So the next day I took off the fuel rail with injectors from my other 240 and swapped them.It was still doing the same thing but not as bad.Seemed to get better with some overnight rest.Anyways I ended up swapping the maf sensor, ignition coil, new fuel filter, new spark plugs, new cap,new rotor, wires were already new and I sprayed them with water and ran my hands up and down them to check. Now when driving it is doing it in all gears if I try to give it alot of gas it studders and puts and then kicks in all at once but it starts up just fine and still idles great. It can't be the fuel regulator either because I swapped that too.I have checked and replaced just about everything I can think of.I am starting to wonder if my fuel pump is getting weak and can't keep up?It is a big problem cause it is my only vehicle on the road right now and I need it to get to work.Any ideas?

Hmmm, just for craps and giggles. Start the car and let it warm up to normal operating temps, if it can. Then, take a can of CARB cleaner or Throttle Body Cleaner and spray down the intake manifold gasket (Intake manfold to head gasket) from the top of the engine. Concentrate on one area at a time. Please note if there are ANY changes in the idle at all when you do this.

If you spray down the intake manfold gasket and the idle changes, then you have an intake manifold gasket leak and it will have to be replaced. If there is NO change in idle when you are spraying, then it is obviously something else. Try this first, and check back.....

Pull off one injector at a time to Isolate the bad cylinder. Also look at the spark plugs--should be the same.

Why would I pull off one injector at a time? All the spark plugs looked good even though I changed them. Thanks

If your having a missfire and your not sure which cylinder it is that is the best way to isolate a bad cylinder. Nissan Injectors go bad all the time.
