I went onto JGS to order a flange for the DE, and damn its $100! For some reason i thought it was a fraction of that...damn, anyone else sell them?

Get a dremel, piece of cold rolled steel, an exhaust flange gasket and a pencil.

Secure the gasket to the metal.Trace the outline & ports of the gasket.Remove gasket from metal.Use the dremel to cut out the material you don't need.

If you don't have a single piece gasket you'll have to trace the outline of your existing manifold onto the metal and use a ruler to determine where to cut out metal for the ports.

Thanks, i know how to make it, and frankly i'd still rather pay $100...but just thought it was a bit extreme....meh, like it or lump it i suppose...

I'd rather just cut the stock manifold flanges off and clean them up, torque them onto a junked head when welding. I can't imagine dremeling through think *** steel would be fun. I've also seen that 100$ flange expecting it to be less : /

Show us some pics when the manifolds done!!
