Can a ca18de flywheel from a 1988 pulsar fit in a 1986 200sx ca18det?

The 200sx came with either a CA18ET or a CA20S. If someone has swapped a DOHC variant in there, then the answer is "yes".

Did your 18det not come with a flywheel? And I don't believe it will work...

It did come with a flywheel but has hairline fractures.
