DDX512 No ipod Video

I just had a kenwood ddx512 installed with the ipod hook up but when i try to play the videos on the ipod i get a blank screen. Anyone been through this?

what kind of I pod do you have???? If its a generation 6 Ipod, iPOD touch, or iPHONE, then no, you can not wtch video through the cable, even though you're supposed to be able to... hold up, lemme find my wirte up on that...
