DD with 89 s13 245K on the chassis, I have the ES kit with the inserts although I kind of want to go with the pineapples instead for the sake of working on my car, but I'm wondering if its worth it. While the chassis has a boat load of miles would there be a big difference in handling as in worth the time and effort in removal/install etc. (as I can get the pineapples for $50) in going pineapple vs. inserts. And NO I am not doing solids... any input would be great as to the merits of DD with inserts to pineapples, not really been discussed (searched) could be an easy answer but I'm not a gear head so no harsh criticisms please if this is a no brainer... thanks

Well, the inserts raise your ride height 1/4 of an inch. That's an auto-fail, IMO. Pineapples FTW.

I am going with ES pineapples on my car. They will be a b**** to install but they will be worth it.I put some Circuit Sports inserts on mine about 2 years ago and they did great until a few months ago. Now my subframe is popping again and is driving me crazy. It is a lot more work but the pineapples are cheaper than most of the inserts i have seen.
