DC Sports Strut Bar Question

I searched but couldn't find an answer. I plan on getting one of these strut bars next week. Will it fit good with the stock air box. The only pic I found here was someone who installed it with a CAI and it looks like they touch so I'm just wondering what the fit would be with stock airbox.

Also. If you want to remove the black plastic engine cover, does the Strut bar have to be removed

quick answers, yes it will fit with the stock airbox and yes you can still remove the engine cover without removing the strut bar.

well...actually i blow torched mine because one nut didn't want to come out no matter what...but....alas the torch pwned it and it quickly came out.
