any details on the manifold? like metal used, how thick the walls are, etc?

This piece is not junk. The inside is grinded to smooth it out.

I'm not saying its junk, and I'm certainly not trying to hurt your sales, but look at the last picture that Loveless posted. The pipes aren't flush with the flange, esp. on one side, the welds don't look nice and smooth at all, and there appears to be welding slag all over.

Things like that worry me since see the same thing in cheap ebay manifolds. And as I recall, DC made turbo manifolds for other cars a few years back and they had an issue with QC and cracking Did loveless just get a rough one or what?

nope that is how they are. The have a Warranty on cracking as well.

it obviously isn;t the best compared to hks, jic or whatever that cost big daddy high roller bucks.

but, it sure is better than megan ones when compared side by side. I'd say for the price it's good enough.

hopefully the bracket will be enough to hold it against premature cracking

Hey Marty, what's the warranty against cracking in some detail? If they do crack, what's the estimated turn around time and how would one go about getting their replacement, etc?
