dc sports exhaust/muffler?

recently i got a magnaflow but i dont like it any longer, and i saw this listed on, its a dc sports exhaust but they owner doesnt know what car is specified for.

anyways i was thinking of ordering it and if i had to get it cut and welded onto new piping that will fit the s13

what do you guys think?

and btw i have no idea how big the oulet of the tip is

That's pretty ugly.

You'd probably be more satisfied getting just a generic muffler at a muffler shop. They have plenty of styles to choose from, and it'd be cheaper.

ew forget that dude, i got a no name catback for my s13 off ebay, for $123 shipped and it sounds great. i heard dc sports mufflers sound like crap anyways.

thats a Axleback mufler setup for either a civic or integra iirc and sounds aweful it like filling a tin can with rice and shaking it

just get a ebay exhaust, i love mine...and a pipe is a pipe, mine actually ended up being CXRacing, nd where in georgia are you located??

screw spending so much on an exhaust. just wondering though is this the exhaust you got? it says they are a cx racing dealer. soo...

it comes w/ a silencer but i wont be using that.

aw man, btw thanks for the help. so when you bought this exhaust kit from cx racing you also had to buy a catalyc converter? or downpipe?

i cant just get this to bolt on to my oem converter or anything?

what all did you have to do

it will bolt right up to you stock cat.....but you can also get a test pipe from ebay for like $40

all you gotta do is take off the stock system and bolt on the CXRacing unit, just dont tighten up the bolts till its all hanging, once its all on tighten up the bolts

its not a 3 inch outlet its 2.5, but the flange will bolt up no problem

acually the cat is a little less than 2.25in ID stock piping is only 2.25 ID just an FYI you may want to buy a high flow cat or Test pipe

not to bust you out, but i literally just went to my garage, grabbed my old stock cat(off my 93 coupe) and measured the id of the pipe, its definately 2.5 inch pipe

ebay is the way to go dude. i got my cat back off there for $123 shipped i got an RS type high flow cat for $28 shipped and i got option racing BBP headers for $83 shipped. it looks and sounds great dude.
