DC, MD, VA bodyshop or painter???

Hi i have a 98 240sx kouki and im just trying to get it repainted the factory black. does anyone know a bodyshop or someone thatll do it on the side without costing me an arm and a leg.i dont have too much money to spend, i cant do anymore then $2000. and i need to get some small dings pulled out too, nothing too crazy just a few dings.

Please any info is really apreciated and i would like to get this done asap, i know its getting near christmas so it might be a lil hard, but maybe sometime in january.
