DBL-G wheels - black w/chrome caps w/bezel

Is anyone familiar with DBL-G wheels? Also, are the stock 18" rims on 2010 3.5 SR's 8" width? I'm thinking of this version for my white AC (very expensive, by the way -- $371 per wheel):

Thanks to all for the input. Translation please for "dd" -- I'm guessing "daily drive" (meaning the car I use all the time)? Or is there another meaning? (Sorry -- I'm obviously a newbie.)
