Hi,I have a 2007 Nissan Murano S AWD US model in Canada. The dealer installed the daytime running light. My problem is I don’t know how to dim the instrument cluster when the daytime running lights are on. The cluster is too bright to my liking. When the lights are on at night I just press the dimmer button up or down and the cluster lights adjust accordingly, but not when I driving during the daytime. Can someone with a Canadian model Murano tell me if they have the same limitation on the dimmer switch? Is this a defective installation by the dealer? Thanks

Hey Sparky!

I don't like the lights too bright either... My experience with all sorts of cars is that the daytime mode is max bright and only when the lights are on can you adjust some of them. Fortunately my 09 Murano LE gives me a great deal of control. I'm planning on putting in some DRLs so I'll watch for this issue.
