I know that only the canadian spec 240sx's came with DRLs, but i am looking to get a set from PDM. I was looking in the FSM and noticed that there was a control box for the DRLs that detected whether or not the headlights were on and turned the DRLs on or off depending on the position of the headlights, and this box was in turn connected to the ignition switch. If i want to install a set of DRLs, would i have to get this box, or could i just tap into the power supply for the headlights and just run them all the time???

Secondly, i noticed a plugged connector on either side of the engine bay that is connected to what looks like the headlight harness on both sides, could this be the power supply for the DRLs?

Say, did you ever figure out all the wiring / harnesses for wiring up your DRL"S. I just picked up a pair from PDM and want to do it right the first time. Also do you think if I were to buy a switch kit for fog lights, etc. can apply to lights to turn off and on?
