Daytime running lamps

So, I had an issue with my car not starting a few months ago. I looked at everything that I could think of and no luck. So, I had to break down and take the car to the dealer. They had the car for a week and said that they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Charged me $200+ for absolutely nothing. Needless to say, I don't do business with that dealer anymore. I finally figured out with the help of my wife of all people that the bolts that attach the cable to the connector that goes to the battery were loose on the negative side. Tightened those up and not a problem since.

Fast forward to today, the fuse for the passenger side headlight had gone out and I went into the fuse block to replace it. Low and behold it looks like the nissan dealer swapped out fuse blocks trying to diagnose the problem and I now have a fuse for DTRL's. I thought awesome. Now I just need to figure out how to make it work on my car that isn't wired for DTRL's.

Anyone have any ideas?
