Does anyone have experience installing the infinity daytime LED kit for a 2011 G37?

I understand it involves punching into the ECU and maybe sounds worse tha it is. The dealer wants $400 to install these light (the LED loghts are $500 to start with). I figured that it can't be That hard to installa set of lights right?

One of the techs at my dealership just installed these not too long ago. I will pick his brain to see how bad the install was. I can't see any reason to mess with wiring for ECU.
