Day time running light

My front drivers side daytime running light is flashing rapidly,
Any thoughts?

I assume you mean it's "strobing"; i.e., flashing at a regular rate as opposed to getting blinky when you go over bumps or something like that. Strobing almost always means the voltage step-up circuit inside the headlight assembly is going bad. Unfortunately, the components are integral to the headlight and not serviceable. That's true whether your headlight assemblies are halogen or LED, the DRL circuit is the same in both. You'll need a new headlight.
