I have a 1964 datsun pickup with electrical issues. Starter cranks, but nothing else works. Some years back I replaced the E series engine with a J series 1300 motor and converted it to a negative ground system for obvious reasons. All the electrics were working when truck was stored 5 years ago. I'd like to get it up and going again. Any suggestins? Do I need a new harness?

Welcome home!
If it'll spin the starter, the battery isn't an issue, nor the cables.
Time to start tracing wires. Start with the power junction off the battery and trace it to the first fuse, test for voltage there. Check all fuses as well.
Any chance you have "critters" nesting in the old truck?

I replaced the fuseblock and it appears to be getting power. I noticed some wasp nests and removed them as i saw them. Thanks for the info. Any other suggestions?
