thanks for the great feedback ,i have been working realy hard to get my vision,dream to working 510.. lots of work but getting there i will update pics almost every week so take a look every once in a while and let me know what ya think

thanks lots of work but getting there lol just added a few more pics 1 of front brakes,rear end ,roll cage stuff like that should have more pics next week

incredible.so this is a race car right?if so....Im assuming you wont be racing it with the 18's on it?

did you consider using a RB26 gearbox and making it 4WD?....it wouldnt be much more work than what youve already done.....I reckon a 4WD 1600 would be awesome.

and I guess the motor is yet to be built up properly.

have ya got a pic of the seats mounted?....looks kinda like you'll be sitting further back a bit than normal?

hey datsunboy the cas is being built first as a race car ,but i will be going to a lot of shows with it .as far as racing with 18's ,on the front i have to because of the front brakes ,if you have not seen them go to my web site i have a pic of them .after i got into fabricaton of the car i saw how much room i had in the engine compartment and thought of a rb26dett motor ,or ls1 but i realy want to beat eveybody with a 4 cly thats the cool thing about a 510, so i want to stick with the s15

Yeah I seen all the pics....I didnt think about them massive brakes....lol

yep.....but ya could still use the 4WD RB26 box on the S15 motor... guess your limited by racing class tho?.....or youd just prefer it RWD?

hpoe ya dont mind, but I put a link to your website on our New Zealand Datsun club forums.....www.datsun.co.nzwe got some lethal Datsuns being built.....I know of 3 guys personally that are building 450HP street 1600's.Theres also a guy here that has a half tube frame 1200 coupe thats doing 7.98sec 1/4miles ( was fastest import in NZ untill he crashed it a few weeks ago! )

yea i do like rwd for now and thanks for the web link.. 8 sec in 1/4 mile wow thats quick when i get all the bugs worked out and everything working the way it should thats when i will start doing motor work , not much but enough to make the car real fun lol thanks bryan

wierd as it sounds......is this coincidence......or are you the same Bryan that built "Yellow Fever".....the yellow 1600.

It's also owned by a Bryan.....and also has the only other JAG rear end in a datsun ive seen.

no yellow fever was built by bryan feldman ,that is the best 510 ever built in my opinion.I hope my 510 turns out as nice as his car thanks . bryan worrell

I think yours is far better than his already!

youve done much more work on the chassis.....and also youve got a nissan motor in it!

I think people should keep datsuns with datsun/nissan engines.

and if they do decide to go for a different engine.....not a scammy rotor!( Im not saying rotors dont make good power or anything.....I just HATE those engines with a passion )

even with the engine aside....I think yours will be better
