Great article in this month's Automobile Magazine by Dave Zenlea. They take a mint 240Z and a new Scion FRS down to Tennessee and carve along some winding back roads. They come back with great respect for both cars -- the Datsun for its ahead-of-its-time purity and performance and the Scion for its convergence of genuine, sporty goodness with modern conveniences.

Saw this as a cover story on the magazine on a co-workers desk and have been meaning to read it, but I've been super busy and always forget.
Glad you posted it. Great read. I looked at the pictures prior to reading the article and kept thinking "WHERE THE HELL DID THEY GET SUCH A MINT Z?!"
