Does anyone know where I could obtain technical details of the Nissan/Infinity Datalink protocol?

I know the pinout...Just needed to know the hand shaking, baud rate, message format and request/response message schema and yes I can do embedded. I am sure that this information is not available but it can't hurt to ask.

I did a pretty extensive web search and could find nothing specific. There is nothing in any Nissan document I have.Do you want to monitor or change? The MDM 100 monitors:http://www.la-femme.co.uk/techtom.htmht ... m-100.html

Conversation with their rep:

MDM-100N is 330.00 + tax and shipping.

MDM should work with your Infinity, provided that it is not an OBDII car(1996+). MDM-100N mainly works from 91-95. Some 96 will work like 300zx.However, 97-98 240sx doesn't.

Danny.
