after hours of searching, i have found no cheap reasonable way to data log my af ratio with my rpms so i can use my neo to tune. is this correct?

It's been a long time but there used to be a a free downloadable software for datalogging that was created by some college student. It wasn't the best but it was free; however; you had to be able to manufacture your own connector in order to tap into the cars ecu to get the readings. One of my friends used it and it worked decent considering it was almost %100 free minus the cost of materials to make that connector. I'll see if he still knows where you can find it.
