I have a 98 KA24DE Turbo, i want to data log the water temp, Oil temp and Oil presure on my Boost control , what's the voltage range on the stock sensor ? 0-5V? what's the conversion to the tempture and pressure like at what voltage for 30psi..something like that.. or should I add the sensor to it, i believe there are no Oil temp sensor in a KA, if so should I tap the sensor to the oil pan? I'm running a Oil cooler, can I route it before the cooler to get the accurate reading?

As for there being no oil temp sensor for KA you are right. There is only a dummy (useless) oil pressure sender.

I would put the sensor somewhere after the cooler since that is the temperature that the engine is being exposed to. Alot of people use either brass fittings on that stock oil pressure sender or use sandwich adapter that goes between the oil filter and the block. Since you are looking to do both oil tem and oil pressure and have an oil feed line I think a sandwich adapter might be a better route for you.

It only comes on when there is less than 5 psi, +/- 1 left. By that point, your motor is already toast.

heres the coolant temp cal that im using right now. you are on your own for oil temp and pressure, as they are not stock sensors.
