The link is for a fusebox layout for your ride. Fuses 13 and 31 are the cluster fuses. On Muranos, the steering wheel telephone switches are monitored by the cluster, that's why they're inoperative.

I suspect an electrical problem. I tried to restart and my battery died. I charge it for 12 hours.. I take my multimeter, and my battery have 12.5 V, and when is run my battery have 14.5 V. I change the fuse #13 and #31 and i have always no power in the dashbord and steering wheel... :werd:

Has to be a problem with the cluster itself or the power wiring to it. Fuses 13 and 31 both feed a whole lot of other devices in the car, so if it was a generic issue with either circuit, a whole lot of other things wouldn't work. There are two connectors on the back of the cluster, the smaller one has both power connections:

The view is harness side, so you're looking at the connector from the side the wires enter. You should see power at all times on pin 46 white, power with the ignition on at pin 44 beige, and good grounds on pins 43 and 45 black. If that all tests okay, then your cluster is bad.

Neither, you need to get at the back of the cluster.

So, we found the problem, the cluster is dead! After only 95000 km (60 000mi)! Thanks everybody for your help!
