Well this car was bought as a project car for me and my friend. Its a 89 Nissan 240SX wth a 91 Front end. So for we have Tien Spring in the front and not installed in the rear. Rear Strut. Air Filter Intake. Short Shifter. Thats it. It was a great deal. 60000 miles on the car only. Bought it of an old lady. Unfortunately her nephew was going to buy the car so he started doing some wiring things and like the corner markers had wires going into them with regular tape, the Tail Lamp fuse kept blowing. The radio works but not tape player, no lights, no gauges lights. Or anything. Ive checked all the reasonable fuses and all good. Anyone can help me figuire out whats going. Im a Honda guy so Nissan is new to me. I fixed the wires from the corner markers so the fuse stop blowing. But still what do I do about the dash and gauges at night its pitch black except for the Radio. I was reading that the radio wiring could do alot with the dash. So im going to take it out and be back. Thanks guys and im a proud member to be here.

Bump for some help. The radio is out and the guy basically had the wires with scotch tape put together. I connected the stock Tape Player to check to see if anything changed. Nothing still. The radio didnt turn on. But the fuse is good. Anything...im missing a couple of connections and I have a few connections still. 2 extra connections and like one black plug connection and one that looks similar to a CD changer. Next step is removing center console and seeing if it has bulbs.

White box, driver side panel ... thats your interior light control module ... try another one of those/make sure its there and connected...

Btw, is the gauge cluster a hud or analog? HUD's are known to blow a compacitor on the cluster itself and then they will not light up.
