The vents all blow hot and cold, but I can barely feel the air flow at the High setting. If it was a bad fan, wouldn't I feel nothing? And where is that climate control fan?

The blower is under the passenger side of the dash behind the glove box. Check the FSM in my sig.

Thanks for providing the blower location.

Do you think the fan/blower is broken? What else could restrict air flow to just a trickle?

being its a 92 i'm going to assume that you have the auto climate control, if so there may be an issue with either one of the three mixer door motors or the associated linkage. Sadly these are no longer available from Nissan so you have to settle for used.

That makes sense, and would explain the reduced air flow. Thanks for the informed response, so knowledgeable. (it is an ACC) I appreciate it.

Any blower motor has the ability to just barely spin when dying.............there is no rule that says they have to 100% quit.

True. this could be compounded by bad bearings or trash falling down into the blade. Annoying thing is to get the blower motor out properly you have to remove the dash which is a PITA.
