Better yet, what we offer and I would suggest is to ride with a technician to verify the concern. Sometimes the tech and the advisor have a communication misunderstanding. We offer squeak and rattle sheets for the customer to fill out. Also there is a brake sheet, transmission sheet, performance sheets. Often these forms saves the tech alot of time in diagnose of certain items. Most important, if this is a non-warranty concern, it saves the customer money regarding the faster diagnose time. Infiniti does require these on some warranty repairs for proper payment for the warranty claim.
