I have a rattle coming from my dash on my G35. It seems to be coming from the stereo and temperature controls. It occurs when going over rough pavement and such. Any ideas on what it could be and an easy way to fix? I am not sure how difficult it is to take off the dash. I will probably just take it to the dealer, it is still under warranty, but if there is a simple solution i could just do it myself.

Yes, take it to the dealer.... just make sure it's easily reproducable so they don't say "didn't hear it."

Better yet, what we offer and I would suggest is to ride with a technician to verify the concern. Sometimes the tech and the advisor have a communication misunderstanding. We offer squeak and rattle sheets for the customer to fill out. Also there is a brake sheet, transmission sheet, performance sheets. Often these forms saves the tech alot of time in diagnose of certain items. Most important, if this is a non-warranty concern, it saves the customer money regarding the faster diagnose time. Infiniti does require these on some warranty repairs for proper payment for the warranty claim.
