hi i'm new to the board and wondering if you guys can help me out a bit....i recently bought a 1992 240sx se hatchback and theres a few little things wrong with it but one main one is theres a few large cracks in the dash....do you know if theres anything i can do short of putting a cover on it or replacing the whole thing?.....the dash kits i've seen are usually just for the console and trim but not the whole thing and i just think the dash mats look horrible so i was wondering if theres a product out there that could repair the cracks??....maybe sort of like a leather or vinyl repair type thing...the dash is black and not faded at all so it would blend quite well i'm quessing.....any help would be apreciated

whats up, my dash and my freinds dash did that also. what he did and so did i is get epoxy in a tube and put some on your finger and press it in, it will take about 10 mineuts to fix and it will dry in a few minuets, then do it again till it levels out. then get some black paint and paint it (or what ever color your dash is)or if you dont want to do that i have a dash that came out of my parts 240 that i will sell you. its brown. but my dad owns a paint shop and he painted some other parts of mine with car paint and it has lasted for 5 years with lots of abuse, so i know that it wont chip or peel. he can paint it what ever color you want and put a clear coat on it. if you are interested then hit me up at [email protected] or if you need any other parts.

you could do that or go to a junk/salvage yard and pick one up for cheap and put it in
