dash lights out? wtf...

my dash lights are out but not the spedo or tach. and the rear bumper licence plate light is also out. i didn't no if it tied in with the dash lights but. i checked the illumination light on the deck and its hooked up with the correct wire as said on the deck. the little white TCU box is good as well. is there anything else i can check b4 i dive into ripping apart my dash to check the light bulb? there a fuse that im Not seeing. is there a fuse in line with the head lights that might of blown cause i can't find anthing. Thanks

Check those Green fusible links in your engine bay in the fuse box.

the green ones huh? i'll check them today when i get home. are the headlights linked to the green fuses? and is the tcu a little white box or is it a fairly big box. because thers two, below the inside fuse box and above it.
