You may not be able to easily change the bulbs. They may be tiny LED bulbs. I took apart my gauge cluster to change it from orange to white, and it was too much of a pain, so I left it. You'd have to buy tiny circuit boards with the LEDs spread across it - it's not like popping out one bulb and inserting another.

However, removing the dash is quite simple. There are screws visible below the steering wheel, and visible when you open the glove box (in my 05 as least).

I put a blue LED bulb in my glovebox, and it required removed that section of the dash, and it's as simple as removing screws and pulling the panels off.

As for where to get the bulbs - that's going to require some intense research. I couldn't even help you with that. During all my journeys on "bulb searches" I've never seen the bulb type in the dash. That would probably require work from a custom shop.

Good luck.
