Dash Lights/Head Lights

Ok for starters: I replaced my cluster bulbs with orange lights, due to the fact i never had working dash lights. Everything seemed cool at first, lights came on and all.

When I turn my head lights on the dash cluster lights go out, and vise versa. Is there a fuse or wire misconfiguration going one here?
